VALUE ADDED NO CHARGE

For the new home construction, resale home, condominium, multi unit investor or the commercial buyer the property inspection is an integral part of the buying process.  The inspections should not only point out the weakness and flaws of the property but also the point out the positive attributes.  We believe that value added is a bonus to the buyer, we do not charge extra for Infrared thermal imaging, Low-E window orientation or moisture testing if infrared shows indications of concern. 

We do not inspect roof from our vehicle with binoculars or from the edge of the roof on a ladder, if possible we physically walk every roof, if not possible and conditions allow we survey your roof with a drone.
